Delicious Gateaux’s – To serve 16 persons.

White Chocolate and Amaretto Gateaux – Two layers of Chocolate sponge surrounded by a flaked chocolate jocund, filled with a white chocolate & Amaretto ganache cream decorated with white chocolate.

Mixed Fruit Gateaux – Three layers of vanilla sponge filled with preserve, fresh cream & real fruit pieces.

Chocolate Selva – Three layers of vanilla sponge filled with preserve and chocolate crème patisserie. Finished off with fresh cream, selves chocolate and dusted with cocoa.

White Fudge Cake – Three layers of sponge filled with raspberry preserve and a light white fudge. Topped with crushed amaretto biscuits and spun chocolate (also available in chocolate).

Large Coffee & Walnut Cake – Thick moist sponge made with walnuts and topped with a deep layer of coffee flavored buttercream.

Black Forest /Strawberry/Tia Maria/Amaretto Gateaux also available upon request

A digestive based cheesecake, topped with real creamy Belgian white chocolate blended with blueberries

Carrot Cake, Apple Pie, Chocolate Fudge Cake & Fresh Cream Cakes available upon request
